Firstly a big thanks for returning our customer survey. The two problems customers said they had (if they had any) were;
1) Delivery by courier sometimes being delayed and
2) Not being able to contact us by email.
I’m not sure what we can do about the email as it could be the anti spam filter.
However please don’t hesitate to ring us on 0800chollies, and leave a message. It’s free to you and we will get back as soon as possible. Besides I really enjoy talking to our customers on the phone and finding out what the weather is like in parts of the South Island or the top of the North Island and compare it to the Coromandel.
We are developing a secure website and you will be able to order products online which are really exciting. So we’ll keep you posted and hopefully this will alleviate the problem of not being able to get through to us.
What many of you said you wanted were more products. We’ve listened and now I’m really excited to be able to offer you and your pet more exclusive products made here at our home in the Omahu Valley Coromandel. A product list is attached.
Bruce and I have a policy of reduce, reuse and recycle so our packaging is being kept to a minimum. We package in glass or paper based products. NO PLASTIC.
If your pet has a condition which has been diagnosed by a veterinarian, and you want to talk to me about making a product for him/ her, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am qualified herbalist with over 16 years experience and we are in the business of making quality products to keep animals healthy and give you both a rich quality of life that you can enjoy together. If we can make a product that does this for you and your pet, then we are fulfilling our aim.
Also we have a replacement guarantee if you are not satisfied with any product you receive from us. You can reorder the same product or another one to the same value.
Petrol prices have gone up and of course this affects the courier fee however we are keeping our cost to you at the same price of $5.00 per 2 kg anywhere in NZ. There is an additional rural freight fee of $3.85 sent to rural locations so if you have an alternative address that we can send your order to that is in town, we can keep the cost to $5.00.
If you don’t want to receive any information from us please let me know and I’ll remove your details from our list.
